Repetitive tasks such as data input, triage, and reporting may lead to fatigue and inefficiency. This Studio relieves your staff so they may focus on human tasks. It is burnout applied through the machine.
What this is and what it refuses to be:
Most automation consultants sell headcount reduction with a nervous smile. This one doesn’t. The goal is not fewer people; it’s less soul-destroying work per person. If what you want is to cut your team and call it efficiency, I’m not your consultant. This will be reiterated in our first conversation.
What I build is relief for your staff: systems that absorb the draining, repetitive work that exhausts good people and drives them out the door.
Why it matters (the business case is also a human one)
Burnout is costly. About 40% of Australian workers, or 4.3 million individuals, are burnt out right now, yet just 5% utilise their employment benefit for free, confidential short-term therapy and assistance. Psychological-injury claims cost 2.7 times more than physical ones, and primary psychological workers' compensation claims jumped 17.3% in 2025. Safe Work Australia estimates that inadequate organisational psychosocial safety costs $6 billion annually, plus $6.3 billion in depression-related absenteeism and presenteeism. The repetitive task-load is one of the few burnout drivers you can actually engineer away, and you keep the people, knowledge, connections, and momentum they may have walked away with.

Burnout Load Audit (the entry point)
A structured discovery of your workflows: which work is both draining your team and automatable, ranked by relief-per-dollar. You receive a roadmap of what to lift off humans first. Every opportunity sized by hours returned, build effort, and payback. Fee: $1,200–$2,400 by team size.
Credited in full against a build engagement within 60 days.
Burnout Automation Build (the core service)
The Studio builds the working system: Zapier/Make workflows, connected apps, AI decision steps, that absorbs the repetitive load off a whole function. Built, tested, documented, handed to you as an owned asset.
Example builds: lead-intake-to-CRM-to-first-contact; content repurposing engine (one input → 8 channel-ready outputs); automated reporting pack; quote/proposal assembly; inbox triage + draft-reply system.
Fee: from $2,600 per workflow / $6,500–$18,000 per full function · Commission for multi-function programs.
AI Teammate / Assistant Build
A branded assistant that takes the grunt work off a role, not the role off a person. A comms assistant that writes in your voice, an internal knowledge assistant that answers from your own documentation, or a customer-facing FAQ agent.
Includes the guardrails so it stays on-brand and on-policy.
Fee: from $2,400 · Commission for multi-assistant or embedded deployments.
Managed Relief Retainer
Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, optimisation, and new relief as your operations evolve. Automations break when the apps around them change, this is the layer that keeps them running and compounding. From $1,500–$4,500/month by scope.
Team Enablement & AI Literacy
Workshops and training. So your people can run, trust and extend the systems, whilst adopting AI without the fear, the shadow-usage, or the burnout that comes from being handed a tool and no support.

Governance: what happens when it breaks
Every engagement includes: full system documentation and process maps; monitoring and failure-alerting; a human-in-the-loop checkpoint on anything customer-facing or judgment-sensitive; clear data-handling boundaries; and a handover so you’re never hostage to the builder. Automation without governance is a liability — the Studio ships the governance as standard.
Where the Studio partners rather than pretends
No-code/low-code is deliberately chosen: fast, transparent, client-maintainable. For custom-code infrastructure, or for gov/enterprise environments with data-residency and tooling restrictions, the Studio scopes and directs the work alongside a security-cleared development partner rather than overreaching. Honesty about the ceiling is part of the service.

What The Atelier Haus Won't Do...
We won’t build a plan whose purpose is to reduce headcount.
We won’t automate work in a way that hides accountability or removes the human from decisions that affect people.
We won’t sell you a system that can’t be handed over and you can’t maintain.
Every build leads with the human number, then shows the business case underneath:
Hours of draining work per week × 52 = hours lifted off your team, per year.
× loaded hourly cost = the annual value of that time. Against the one-time build + retainer, the gap is your return and the ratio is your payback.
Worked example. A function absorbing ~20 hours/week of repetitive work = ~1,040 hours/year lifted off your people.
