Clarity Call (30 Min)
A clean read on what’s happening, and the next right step.
Description du service
Consider this a short, high-precision session designed to cut through mental overload, circular thinking, or decision paralysis. Rather than exploring everything, we focus on identifying the core bottleneck. The one issue, assumption, or misalignment that’s keeping everything stuck. This call is ideal when you feel: ● Mentally overloaded but unable to name why ● Torn between options with no clear next move ● Aware something isn’t working, but unclear where to intervene. ● Capable, thoughtful, and still oddly stalled ● The need to find your shadow on the floor and speak from it, see your position clearly, and address difficult workplace conversations calmly, directly, and without self-compromise. In this session, we: ● Separate signal from noise ● Identify the real decision or structural block ● Clarify what matters now vs what can wait ● Determine the most stabilising next step (not a full plan) You will leave with: ● A clear articulation of what’s actually going on ● One or two grounded next actions ● Relief from mental spinning ● Language to explain your situation more clearly (to yourself or others) This is not therapy, coaching, or problem-solving every variable. It’s triage, designed to restore clarity quickly. IMPORTANT: This is not therapy or crisis support. If you’re in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE FURTHER SUPPORT: Burnout Diagnostic + Stabilisation Package: A$425 ● 60-min assessment session ● 7-day stabilisation plan (written) ● Boundary + communication scripts ● 1 follow-up check-in call (included) Follow-Up Sessions: A$200/hour ● Additional strategic work beyond initial package ● Ongoing support sessions ● Custom framework adaptation
